HELLO GOLDWINGERS!

Roxie and I wish all of you a great summer riding season!  Wing Ding is upon us.  Join the Louisiana Team in Des Moines for FUN!  Join the Mardi Gras Parade on Thursday July 1^st, 10am starting at the Goodie Booth.  Dress in Costume and bring throws, beads or candy.  We will parade thru the indoor Vendor area and have the time of our lives meeting and greeting folks as we go along.  Louisiana is the FUN DISTRICT!

Congratulations go out to all members that completed the Officers Certification Program this past month.  Sixty of you completed the course.  Thank You Gene & Nelda Stanley, LA District LTD, for facilitating the event.  Instructors were Dale Wingrove, Region H LTD, Larry Penapent, Arkansas LTD, and Brent & Roxie Comeaux, LA DDs, all Master Instructors in GWRRA.  This OCP training will go a long way for the future of Louisiana GWRRA. Special   Chapter J came to the rescue and delivered the training material for the weekend.  Everyone was most gracious during the weekend, Thank You.
